The Dalí Quartet International Music Festival (DQMF) is a chamber music and orchestral program founded in 2004 by Venezuelan violist Adriana Linares and violinist Carlos Rubio. The DQMF is organized as a program of ArCoNet, the Arts & Community Network, in collaboration with members of the Dali Quartet and the ArCoNet Faculty.

The DQMF accepts students from beginner/intermediate through advanced/semi-professional levels, and offers a unique experience through artistic, musical, educational, cultural, and social activities. Every year the DQMF attracts hundreds of musicians from all over the United States, Korea, Bulgaria, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela and Puerto Rico.

Daily activities include: chamber music coaching/rehearsals, string orchestra sectionals/rehearsals, master classes, faculty recitals, fun social activities, and a variety of workshops topics such as: Body Rhythm, Instrument Making, Body Awareness, Jazz Improvisation, College Preparation, Career Opportunities in Music, Venezuelan Folk Music, Brazilian Percussion, Japanese Flute, Middle Eastern Music, and Puerto Rican Plena Dance.

Coachings and master classes are led by prominent artists and guests including ArCoNet faculty, members of the Dali Quartet, Philadelphia Orchestra, Annapolis Symphony and the New York City Ballet Orchestra, The Cleveland Institute of Music, Lynn Conservatory, Oberlin Conservatory, Indiana University, Michigan State University, the Curtis Institute of Music, and Temple University.

The DQMF concert experience kicks off with a faculty recital, followed by daily evening concerts featuring the Fellow quartets, student groups, and the FINALE all-divisions orchestra concert.

Alumni from the DQMF have distinguished careers in music and have attended prestigious institutions including the Curtis Institute of Music, Reina Sofia Conservatory, The Cleveland Institute of Music, Lynn Conservatory, Bard Conservatory, the Colburn School, University of Michigan, The New England Conservatory, Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music and Rice University’s Shepherd School of Music.
